Regional Akim Nurlybek Nalibayev congratulated Sultanbek Orazymbetov, an honorary citizen of the Shieli District, on his 80th birthday. Sultanbek Koishybaevich began his career in the village of Kyzyltu as a simple worker. Over the years, he served as secretary of the Komsomol organization, production foreman, instructor in the Shieli District Party Committee, secretary of the Party Committee at the Gigant collective farm, chairman of the District Trade Union Committee, and deputy secretary of the District Party Committee. From 1994 to 2012, he served as secretary of the first, second, third, and fourth convocations of the Shieli District Maslikhat.
At the meeting, the regional akim presented the anniversary celebrant with the Kyzylorda Region Certificate of Honor and, as is traditional, offered him honors. Government and public figures Ibragim Abibullaev, Bekmyrza Yelamanov, the chairman of the regional veterans' council, Serik Duisenbaev, and elder Kaldybai Sugirbaev offered their best wishes.
