According to the minister, the republican budget for 2025 was formed with revenues in the amount of 21.6 trillion tenge, of which 15.2 trillion tenge are tax revenues. This is 23.4% higher than last year. According to the results of nine months, the budget was executed by 101.6%, while maintaining its social focus.

Kassym-Jomart Tokayev was informed about measures to improve the efficiency of tax and customs administration and revenues to the Special State Fund.

Special attention was paid to the implementation of the Law "On Public Procurement," aimed at reducing the timing of procedures, increasing their transparency and supporting domestic producers. Currently, the analysis and control processes in the Treasury Information System are fully automated.

As part of the digitalization of public finances, special emphasis is placed on formation and filling of Big Data, as well as introduction of artificial intelligence in the tax and customs spheres.

The head of state was also informed about the results of the state audit. In particular, 791 audits were conducted in the first eight months of this year, revealing financial violations amounting to 337.5 billion tenge.

The President stressed the importance of continuing systematic work to ensure the sustainability of public finances, the fulfillment of all social obligations, as well as the further development of digitalization and  introduction of modern control tools.
