Today, Ernar Erzhanov, Executive Secretary of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan introduced the new head of the Department of State Revenues for the West Kazakhstan Region of the State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazahkstan —Baltabekov K.Zh.

Kanat Baltabekov has significant experience in the tax and financial spheres. He began his career in 1996 at the Tax Inspectorate for the city of Almaty, where he went from a specialist to the chief tax inspector.

In subsequent years, Kanat Baltabekov held a number of senior positions in the tax authorities ofAlmaty, East Kazakhstan and Almaty regions, as well as in the Department of State Revenues in Astana. Since 2022, he worked as Deputy Head of the Department of State Revenues for Astana of the State Revenues Committee of the Ministry of Finance.
