A round table discussion entitled “The Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan: 30 Years of Legal Evolution and Institutional Transformations” was held in Taldykorgan, organized by the I. Zhansugurov Zhetysu University with the support of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The event was attended by representatives of the Zhetysu Regional Administration, the Regional Court, the Prosecutor's Office, law enforcement and government agencies, the legal community, the AMANAT party, the Atameken Chamber of Entrepreneurs, civil society institutions, as well as university professors and scholars.

Constitutional Court Judge Roman Podoprigora spoke about the activities of the constitutional control body, emphasizing its role in strengthening the principles of the rule of law. He also focused on the final decisions made based on the results of reviewing the constitutionality of certain provisions of current legislation.

Constitutional Court analyst Dauren Sharipbayev also took part in the roundtable discussion, providing explanations on issues related to the implementation of the constitutional review body's decisions by state authorities.
