The regional communications service of Pavlodar region held a press conference on the provision of public services by state revenue authorities. The event was attended by Nurbolat Nurakhmetov, Head of the Department of Public Services of the Department of State Revenue for the Pavlodar region.

Opening the briefing, Nurbolat Nurakhmetov noted that one of the priorities in the work of the state revenue authorities is the active introduction of digital technologies. To date, more than 90% of the public services provided by the Department have been converted to electronic format. Of the 42 types of services, 39 or 93% are provided electronically.

– In 9 months of 2025, the Department provided over 330 thousand public services. All of them were provided on time, in accordance with the "Rules for the provision of public services by state revenue authorities", approved by the Order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Nurbolat Nurakhmetov emphasized.
