In honor of Teacher's Day, a new specialized lyceum No. 8 was officially opened in our city. This school was built in 1952 and was built on the site of an emergency building.

It was originally planned to carry out major repairs at this school. However, as a result of a comprehensive technical inspection, the building was declared an emergency and turned out to be unsuitable for further operation. In this regard, a project for a new school building has been developed.

The new school meets all the standards of modern education. Spacious and bright classrooms, in particular, a STEM classroom equipped with modern technologies for practical science education, modern laboratories, robotics classrooms, workshops, an assembly hall, a sports hall, and a library. All conditions have been created in the school building for the comprehensive development of children and the comfortable work of teachers.

At the same time, it is worth noting the duration of the project, although the standard construction period is 15 months, in practice, the construction work was fully completed in 9 months. This is a vivid example of effective and well-coordinated work.

The opening ceremony was attended by Akim of the region Nariman Toregalievich, who congratulated the teachers on their professional holiday and thanked them for their hard work. He noted that the opening of the lyceum is a clear indication that the region pays priority attention to the development of human capital.
