Today, in the House of Culture of the III International rural district, Akim of the district Zhandos Erkinbek, together with the heads of law enforcement agencies and the Department of State Revenues, held a personal reception of citizens.
As part of the implementation of the President’s “Law and Order” concept, more than 40 residents from various settlements attended the meeting to raise their personal and social issues.
During the reception, citizens brought up questions related to housing, employment, social support, rural infrastructure, and legal advice.
In addition, villagers raised concerns about road quality and the procedure for receiving social assistance, to which they received specific answers from the relevant department heads.
The district head carefully listened to each request, emphasizing that all issues will be addressed within the framework of the law, and gave concrete instructions to the responsible departments.
Zhandos Erkinbek noted that he will continue to maintain an open and effective governance approach by regularly listening to and addressing citizens’ pressing concerns.
