On October 10, 2025, Zh.B. Isakanova, a state bailiff from the Petropavlovsk Territorial Enforcement Department of the North Kazakhstan Region Department of Justice, and A.Zh. Mukasheva, a private bailiff, held a citizen consultation to discuss state-guaranteed legal assistance.
Citizens received consultations on legal matters related to enforcement proceedings. They were also provided with information on how to use the digital assistant—a chatbot.
