Registration of individual activities is now easier and faster
The Department of State Revenue for Kostanay region reports that since April of this year, important technological changes have taken place in the work of tax authorities:
integration with the portal has been implemented in the ISNA information system. elicense.kz .
Now, registration of taxpayers engaged in certain types of activities (ATS) takes place automatically and in just three working days — without unnecessary bureaucracy and waiting.
What does this mean for business?
In accordance with paragraph 1 of Article 88 of the Tax Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, all persons conducting activities included in the list of ATS are required to register with the tax authorities.
And paragraph 6 of the same article establishes that registration is carried out within three working days.:
1. from the date of notification submission;
2. or from the moment when the tax authority receives information directly from the portal elicense.kz
You no longer need to go through the instances — it is enough to submit a notification online through the electronic license portal
How to submit a notification
Notifications about the beginning or termination of activities are submitted:
through the website www.elicense .kz
or in electronic / paper form — according to the rules approved by the Order of the Minister of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 4 dated January 6, 2015.
New integration is a step towards a digital state
Previously, information exchange between elicense systems.kz and INIS RK were performed manually.
Now, thanks to the implemented integration, everything works automatically — data is synchronized between the systems, and registration takes place without human intervention.
This means
fewer data entry errors.;
saving entrepreneurs' time;
a transparent process without unnecessary paperwork.
It is important to know about the address register code (RKA)
In order for the system to process the notification correctly, the real estate object must be assigned an address registration code (RKA).
