Abu Dhabi, 14 October 2025 – The Ambassador of Kazakhstan to the United Arab Emirates, Rauan Zhumabek, held a meeting with the UAE Minister of Justice, H.E. Abdullah bin Sultan Al Nuaimi.

During the meeting, the parties discussed a range of issues related to bilateral cooperation in the criminal justice field, in particular the extradition of wanted persons and mutual legal assistance in criminal matters.

The Kazakh diplomat underlined the important role of the UAE Ministry of Justice as the central authority responsible for implementing requests for extradition and legal assistance in criminal cases, and expressed gratitude to H.E. Al Nuaimi for the support provided.

The UAE Minister of Justice positively assessed the dynamics of relations with Kazakhstan and expressed readiness to provide the necessary support on all issues discussed.

Both sides agreed to make every effort to further strengthen and develop the partnership between the two countries.
