The State Communal Enterprise “Kostanay Heating and Energy Company” of the Kostanay City Akimat informs you that, due to planned connection of new consumers, the State Communal Enterprise “Kostanay Su” will shut off the cold water supply to the boiler house of this district on October 16, 2025, from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.

In this regard, during the specified period, the “Kostanay Heating and Energy Company” will be forced to suspend the supply of hot water to the “Kostanay Plaza” shopping center and to 14 residential buildings located at the following addresses:

Nazarbayev Avenue Nos. 195, 197, 199, 205, 207, 209, 211, 213, 215, 223, 225, 227, 229, 231.

The boiler house will continue operating in “heating mode.”

We kindly ask the responsible persons and heads of condominium associations to securely shut off the hot water heat exchange equipment in the multi-apartment residential buildings.

After the cold water supply to the boiler house is restored, hot water supply to consumers will be resumed.
