Changes in the Rules for the use of IUC for imports from the EAEU
The Rules for applying the minimum price level for certain types of goods imported from the territory of the EAEU to the territory of Kazakhstan to determine the value of purchased goods have been amended to establish separate formulas for calculating the minimum price level (hereinafter referred to as the MOU) for goods produced and not produced in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
At the same time, the list of individual types of goods for which the IUC is applied will be divided into 2 sections.:
1) goods produced in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) goods not produced in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
It is also established that the Rules for the use of the IUC are valid until December 31, 2025 inclusive.
The changes were approved by the Order of the Minister of Trade and Integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated October 8, 2025 No. 288-NK and are effective from October 21, 2025.
