Today, a working meeting was held to review upcoming tasks within the reconstruction project for the water supply and sewerage systems, aimed at modernizing the engineering infrastructure of the city of Baikonur.

The meeting was attended by Deputy Akim of Karmakshy District Samat Kydyrbekuly, Head of the Department for Supporting the Special Representative of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the Baikonur Complex Zhan Shaikhyslamuly, Deputy Head of the Baikonur City Administration Sergey Pavlovich, as well as heads of relevant departments.

During the meeting, participants discussed the implementation progress of the project’s second phase and the upcoming stages of work. Technical and infrastructural solutions to be introduced in Baikonur in the near future were also specified.

It should be noted that construction work for the second phase of the reconstruction project has already begun. At this stage, the main engineering networks will be renewed, which will improve the quality of the water supply system.

This project is an important initiative aimed at improving the living conditions of the city and district residents, as well as upgrading the engineering infrastructure to meet modern standards.
