The traditional "Clean Thursday" campaign continues in Shymkent to protect the environment, increase environmental culture among residents, and clean up the city. At the next clean-up event, held on September 25, 2025, city residents, party branch employees, youth organizations, and representatives of the municipal sector joined forces and participated in a common cause.

This time, the cleaning work took place in the courtyards of multi-storey residential buildings in the Turan district. More than 50 people were involved in the action. Among them were employees of the city and district branches of the party, activists of the youth wing "Zhastar Ruhy", as well as utility workers.

According to the organizers, "Clean Thursday" is not a one-day campaign, but a systematic event aimed at explaining the importance of cleanliness to city residents and forming an ecological culture. The main result of such work is the formation of a habit of cleanliness among residents.

A number of activities were carried out during the campaign. First, the participants collected garbage scattered around the yard and took it to special garbage dumps. Plastic bottles, plastic bags, and household waste were collected separately and sent to special places for recycling.

Utility workers also worked alongside residents and actively participated in landscaping their yards.
