The Ust-Kamenogorsk City Maslikhat hosted a joint meeting of the permanent commissions of the city maslikhat with the participation of akimat departments, representatives of the Almaty Transport Holding LLP branch (ONAY! Center), the Passenger Transportation Management Center LLP, as well as city carriers to review the procedure for subsidizing carriers in the city of Ust-Kamenogorsk.

During the meeting, the mechanism of forming the estimated fare for public transport in urban areas was considered in detail, the main components of which the passenger transportation tariff consists, as well as the procedure for subsidizing carriers from the budget were discussed.  

For additional familiarization, the Maslikhat deputies also visited the ONAY! center, where they got acquainted with the public transport monitoring system and the functioning of the electronic fare payment system. In addition, a detailed analysis of the length of urban routes will be carried out.

Following the meeting, the deputies stressed the importance of improving public transport and meeting traffic schedules.
