A meeting of the district’s active members was held under the chairmanship of District Akim Berik Sarmenbayev. The event was attended by Moldir Asanova, Head of the Department for Ensuring the Activity of Courts in Kyzylorda Region, Chairman of the District Council of Veterans Musa Keldibayev, deputies of the regional and district maslikhats, heads of law enforcement agencies, and representatives of the district public.

During the meeting, the newly appointed Chairman of the Syrdarya District Court, Kairatbek Makhanbetuly Berzhanov, who assumed the post by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, was officially introduced. M. Asanova, Head of the Regional Department of the Court Administration, presented his professional background and wished him success in his new role.

Kairatbek Berzhanov was born in 1979 in the Kyzylorda region. He began his career in 2001 at the Syrdarya District Court as a senior specialist — secretary of the court session. Over the years, he worked as a leading specialist, chief specialist, and head of the court chancery. He also served as Deputy Head of the Office for Court Administration in Kyzylorda region, a lawyer of the Regional Bar Association, and held responsible positions in the Syrdarya District Akimat. Additionally, he served as a judge of the Specialized Interdistrict Juvenile Court of Kyzylorda Region and as a judge of the Specialized Interdistrict Economic Court.

During the meeting, the District Akim wished K. Berzhanov success in his new post.

“In his Address to the Nation, President Kassym-Jomart Kemelevich Tokayev stated: ‘The future of a country is bright where justice prevails. The judicial system must uphold the law and integrity, justifying the trust of the people.’ Every representative of the judicial system must be aware of the great responsibility entrusted to them by society. Kairatbek Makhanbetuly began his career in the district court and, having gone through a professional growth path, has faithfully served in various fields. He has also made a significant contribution to the development of the district, working in responsible positions in public administration, including as Akim of the Kalzhan Akhun rural district, head of a department, and head of the district Akim’s office. After serving in the judiciary and ensuring the rule of law in a specialized interdistrict court, he is now returning to our district as the Chairman of the District Court. We sincerely wish him success and great achievements in this responsible mission,” — said Berik Abdigapparuly.

Also speaking at the meeting were Chairman of the District Veterans’ Council Musa Keldibayev, regional maslikhat deputy Zhumabek Embergenov, and veteran of the judicial system Kaldygul Zhappasbayeva, who delivered their congratulatory remarks.

In conclusion, the Chairman of the District Court, K. Berzhanov, expressed confidence that he would faithfully serve the cause of ensuring legality, justice, and the rule of law.
