On the first issue, deputies heard a report from N.V. Timashova, Head of the Department of Economics and Budget Planning for the Mendykara District, titled "Changes to the Administrative-Territorial Structure of the Mendykara District of the Kostanay Region."

In her report, N.V. Timashova, Head of the Department of Economics and Budget Planning, noted that, in accordance with Article 2 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On the Administrative-Territorial Structure of the Republic of Kazakhstan," and based on a proposal from the akims of the Karakoginsky Rural District and Krasnopresnensky Rural District, the villages of Baïgozha and Molodezhnoye, with populations of less than 50, are subject to abolition.

A package of documents has been prepared and submitted to the representative and executive bodies of the Mendykara District for decision-making.

The district deputies posed questions on the matter under consideration and made decisions.
