Today, on October 21, 2025, a round-table seminar with entrepreneurs of the Terenkol district was held at the Aldaspan center. The event is organized by the Terenkol District State Revenue Department.

The seminar was led by the head of the UGD, Meirambek Rakhmetov, with the participation of the director of the regional branch of the Chamber of Entrepreneurs, Musa Abdykhaev.

The main topic of the meeting is the clarification of the provisions of the new Tax Code, which comes into force on January 1, 2026.

The event was attended by representatives of small and medium-sized businesses of the district.

The main issues discussed at the seminar were the introduction of differentiated tax rates, the establishment of progressive individual income tax rates, the reform of value added tax (VAT), the introduction of luxury taxes, changes in special tax regimes, the transition to a service model of interaction with taxpayers, the digitalization of tax administration, and the reduction of tax reporting forms. The seminar participants were also given explanations on topical issues and provided with answers to their concerns in an open dialogue format.

The event emphasized the transparency of the work and the desire to create a dialogue platform for open communication with entrepreneurs, contributing to the improvement of financial literacy.
