Today, a meeting of the district’s active members was held in the conference hall of the district administration. The meeting was attended by the district akim Zhandos Erkinbek, Deputy Prosecutor of Kyzylorda Region Madi Sarpekov, representatives of law enforcement agencies, heads of departments and institutions, as well as the akims of the town and rural districts.

At the meeting, by the order of the Prosecutor General of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Nurbek Kelsimuly Karatayev was appointed Prosecutor of the Karmakshy district.

Nurbek Kelsimuly was born on July 22, 1985, in the Kazaly district of the Kyzylorda region. He began his career in the prosecution authorities in 2009 as an assistant prosecutor of the city of Kyzylorda. Over the years, he has held various responsible positions in the regional prosecutor’s office, and from 2022 to December 9, 2025, he served as the Prosecutor of the Shieli district.

During the meeting, district leadership congratulated the new prosecutor and wished him success in his work aimed at strengthening the law enforcement sector.

Speeches were also delivered by the Chairman of the District Maslikhat Adil Koshalakov, Chairman of the District Public Council Abdirakhman Kulduisenov, and Chairman of the District Veterans Council Askar Merkеov, who wished Nurbek Kelsimuly success in his new position and in efforts to strengthen public order in the district.

In addition, the work of the former Prosecutor of the Karmakshy district, Meirambek Zhanbyrbayuly, was highly praised. His professionalism and contribution to ensuring legality in the district were highlighted. On behalf of the local community, he was thanked and presented with the highest regional and district award — the Certificate of Honor.

At the end of the meeting, Meirambek Zhanbyrbayuly expressed his gratitude to the residents of the district for their cooperation.
