October 25 is one of the key dates in the history of our country. This day symbolizes the laying of the foundations of Kazakhstan's statehood and the beginning of a new era in the status of an independent sovereign state. In 2025, the Republic of Kazakhstan traditionally celebrates this holiday with large-scale events, including in the city of Shymkent.
On the eve of the Republic Day, a festive concert organized by the district akimat took place in the Enbekshinsky district of Shymkent. Among the guests are residents of the district and city, as well as guests.
The solemn event began with the performance of the State Anthem of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Honored artists of the regional philharmonic, as well as creative teams, presented numbers in the genres of national and modern art, performed in the program. The concert program was aimed at strengthening the patriotic spirit and unity of the people.
During the event, Dosbol Esilbek, mayor of Enbekshinsky district, gave a welcome speech. In his address, he emphasized the importance of unity and work as the basis for further development of society.
"The Republic Day is the beginning of our state, a symbol of the establishment of the Kazakh people as an independent nation. This holiday fosters patriotism and love for the Motherland in every citizen. I express my sincere gratitude to all those who contribute to the development of the region and the prosperity of our country with their work," noted the regional governor.
Within the framework of the holiday, 15 employees of various spheres — education, healthcare, law enforcement agencies, communal economy and culture — were awarded letters of thanks for their significant contribution to the social and economic development of the region and active participation in public life.
Saltanat Sengirbaeva, one of the awardees - "Best Teacher", noted:
"This award is the result of not only my work, but also that of my students. The future of our country is in the educated young generation. It is my honor to justify the trust placed in me. Den Respubliki is a special holiday that awakens patriotism and pride for the Motherland in the hearts of Kazakhstanis.
The festive evening ended with the performance of patriotic songs and dance performances, which elicited a lively response from the audience and became a bright accent of the celebration.
