October 25 - Republic Day is one of the most important days in the history of our country. This is a special date when the foundations of Kazakhstan's statehood were laid, and a new era began as a sovereign country. This holiday, which celebrates the country's independence, is being widely celebrated in the city of Shymkent this year.

In particular, on the eve of the holiday, a grand festive concert event was organized in the Enbekshi district of Shymkent. The event was organized by the district akimat and featured an informative program for city residents and guests.

The festive gathering opened with the National Anthem of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and the audience was treated to impressive performances by famous artists and dance groups of the regional philharmonic society, combining national and modern art. The concert program exalted the spirit of independence and was especially popular with the public.

During the solemn evening, the akim of Enbekshy district, Dosbol Yesilbek, delivered a congratulatory speech, emphasizing unity and hard work on the path to the country's development.

– Republic Day is the beginning of our statehood, a symbol of being a country. This holiday instills in the heart of every citizen a sense of patriotism and love for the country. At this point, I would like to express my gratitude to every working person who contributes to the development of the country and the prosperity of the district, – said the head of the district.

As part of the event, 15 outstanding professionals - employees of education, healthcare, law enforcement, utilities, and culture - who have made a significant contribution to the socio-economic development of the district and the life of society were awarded with Letters of Appreciation.

One of the awardees, Saltanat Sengirbayeva, who was named "Best Teacher", said:

– Today's award is the result of the work of not only me, but also my students. The future of the country is an educated generation. Therefore, justifying the trust placed in us is a great responsibility. Republic Day is a special holiday that awakens the patriotic spirit in the heart of every Kazakhstani, - he noted.

The festive evening continued with patriotic songs and dance performances, and the audience celebrated the holiday with great enthusiasm.
