District Akim Berik Sarmenbayev held a festive reception for employees of civil protection and forestry, congratulating them on their professional holiday.

— This year marks both the professional holiday and a significant milestone for those who tirelessly work for the safety of our nation and the well-being of our citizens — the 30th anniversary of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the national rescue system. Exactly 30 years ago, a state body was established in our country to systematically manage the prevention of emergencies and the protection of the population. This became a strategically important and historic decision in the development of an independent Kazakhstan. Over these three decades, the national rescue system has repeatedly demonstrated professionalism and heroism, standing on the front line during natural, technological, and social emergencies. In every such event, saving human lives has always been the highest duty of the service’s personnel. In our district, true professionals serve in the field of civil protection. Today, among us are veterans who laid the foundation of this system, worked through challenging times, and became a model for young specialists. Your experience and contribution are a valuable legacy for the next generation.

In his Address to the Nation, Head of State Kassym-Jomart Tokayev emphasized the importance of prioritizing ecological issues. Following the President’s directives, strong support is being provided to improve environmental conditions. The state continues to focus on the development of forestry, strengthening material and technical infrastructure, and enhancing specialist training. This support is clear recognition of the value of your work. Humanity cannot exist without nature. As protectors of the environment, you are making a great contribution by safeguarding forests, preventing natural disasters, and preserving wildlife. We deeply appreciate your dedicated efforts, — said Berik Abdighapparuly.

The district akim presented congratulatory letters and tokens of appreciation to veterans of both sectors.
