District Akim Zhandos Erkinbek held a personal meeting with citizens, where he listened to their requests, suggestions, and issues related to daily life.

Residents who registered in advance for the reception raised questions concerning state housing programs, employment, and various social and household matters.

During the meeting, the district head carefully listened to each citizen’s concern and provided explanations on several issues in accordance with the law.

He noted that all raised matters will remain under close supervision and instructed the heads of relevant departments to take necessary measures to resolve them promptly.

It should be noted that residents can register for an appointment with the district Akim through the egov.kz portal, the e-otinish.kz system, or by submitting a written request to the Akimat.
