        On October 23, 2025, the Territorial Electoral Commission of Kurchatov, Abai Region, held a meeting with representatives of the Kurchatov City Emergency Situations Department and the Kurchatov Youth Resource Center, a state-run institution.
During the meeting, an explanatory session was held on the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan." Participants received clarification on electoral legislation, asked questions, and exchanged opinions.
