Prior to the conference, a ceremonial donation of books and archival materials on the history, traditions, and customs of the Kazakh people was held at the Cabinet of Kazakh History and Culture, with the participation of Ambassador of Kazakhstan M. Murzalin and University Rector M. Tavkhelidze.

In his opening remarks, M. Murzalin emphasised that in the 35 years since the country declared its sovereignty, Kazakhstan has established itself as a strong and effective government with a dynamically developing economy, holding a strong position on the international stage and earning well-deserved respect and credibility as a responsible middle power. The Ambassador paid particular attention to the initiatives of President, K. Tokayev, aimed at restoring a reliable global security architecture and forming a transport and logistics network.

Speakers at the conference stressed that in a world undergoing rapid transformation driven by global shifts and technological progress, Kazakhstan, with its initiatives to improve the architecture of cooperation in areas such as trade, investment and transport connectivity, is helping to strengthen international ties and solve pressing global challenges.
