In implementation of the Decision of the Board of the Eurasian Economic Commission from May 30, 2023 № 75 “On the structure and format of the goods declaration and adjustment of the goods declaration and amendments to some decisions of the Commission of the Customs Union and the Board of the Eurasian Economic Commission”, in the information system “ASTANA-1” (Keden) implemented the format of the goods declaration.

The changes provide for automation and simplification of customs procedures, as well as digitization of paper documents. In particular, all types of requests sent to the declarant, the form of Requirement/Decision to amend the DT, the form of CDT, etc. have been automated.

In this regard, from November 3, 2025 testing of the module “Declaration of Goods” of the information system “ASTANA-1” (Keden) on all customs procedures will start.

Testing will be conducted in online and offline formats. Everyone can take part in the testing.

The application procedure and testing schedule are published on the test portal of the information system “ASTANA-1” (Keden) - https://test-keden.kgd.gov.kz. There is also information about the order of testing; video lessons; user manual; answers to frequently asked questions; contact information; functionality for sending comments and suggestions on the module “Declaration of Goods”.

The projected launch date of the “Goods Declaration” module is scheduled for the second decade of January 2026. At the same time, the module will be launched taking into account the provided suggestions and comments.
