Issues of Compliance with Ethical Standards and Human Rights by Civil Servants Discussed

Systematic work is being carried out within the public service system to strengthen institutional culture and protect human rights. In this regard, today in the Karmakshy district, a seminar-meeting was held dedicated to the issues of compliance with ethical standards and human rights by civil servants.

The meeting was attended by Bagdat Abdikadyr, Ethics Commissioner of the Akimat of Kyzylorda Region, and Berikbol Baikhojayev, Representative of the Commissioner for Human Rights in the Republic of Kazakhstan for the Kyzylorda Region.

The seminar was opened by Deputy Akim of the district Dias Moldabayev, who emphasized the importance of the event. In his speech, he noted:

“Human rights and fundamental freedoms are key concepts that define the democratic and legal foundations of any modern society. These rights are aimed at protecting human dignity, freedom, and equality. Every state, including the Republic of Kazakhstan, considers the observance and protection of human rights as one of its main duties,” he said.

During the meeting, Bagdat Nazhmeddenuly discussed compliance with the requirements of the Civil Servants’ Code of Ethics, improving professional behavior culture, and measures to prevent corruption.

In turn, Berikbol Uzakuly spoke about the fundamental principles of human rights and the impact of improving citizens’ legal awareness on social stability.

The meeting became an important event aimed at enhancing civil servants’ knowledge in the field of ethical standards and human rights protection.
