The organizer is the Kogamdyk Kelisim State University of the Kyrgyz Republic of the Ministry of Culture and Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan with the support of the Akimat of Kostanay region.

The forum was attended by Gennady Shipovskikh, deputy of the Senate of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan, head of the APK project "Memlekettik til - ethnosaralyk katynas tili", Kanat Tasybekov, a writer and author of the Situational Kazakh tutorial, public figures, representatives of ethnocultural associations, scientific and creative intelligentsia, as well as the APK youth wing.

The purpose of the forum is to strengthen the role of the state language as the language of interethnic communication, spread successful practices of its study and develop a unified cultural and linguistic space of the country.

On October 28, the participants visited the historical, cultural and industrial facilities of the region: Mausoleum Y.Altynsarina, the monument to M.Dulatuly A.Baitursynuly, the museum named after I.Altynsarin and the regional Kazakh Drama Theater named after I.Omarova, where M.Auezov's play "Karash-Karash" was shown.
On October 29, the grand opening and plenary session of the forum took place under the moderation of Rufina Usanova, Deputy Director of the Kogamdyk Kelisim State University of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Presentations were made by Deputy Akim of Kostanay region Bakhytzhan Narymbetov, Senator Gennady Shipovskikh, Deputy Chairman of the Council of Mothers of APK Kamal Alpeisova and founder of the Mamile club Kanat Tasybekov.

In the session "Success Story", the ambassadors of the Assembly shared their personal experience of learning the Kazakh language, professional achievements and youth advice. Among the participants are Timur Onyanov (Pavlodar), Anel Pimicheva (Astana), Denis Romanov (Astana), Marina Bogomolova (West Kazakhstan region), Milana Ashimbek (Akmola region), Evgeny Kravchuk (Zhambyl region), Karina Root (Kokshetau) and Alyona Malkova-Solopova (Akmola region).

In the afternoon, three parallel sessions of the master classes "Memlekettik tildi mengerudin uzdik tajiribeleri" were held, where students of Kostanay universities got acquainted with digital, communicative and creative methods of language learning.

The Forum has become a platform for open dialogue, bringing together representatives of different ethnic groups around the idea of friendship, respect and a common language. The event is aimed at increasing public interest in learning the Kazakh language and strengthening unity through the culture of speech.
