In implementation of the Decision of the Board of the Eurasian Economic Commission No. 75, dated May 30, 2023—"On the structure and format of the declaration for goods and adjustments to the declaration for goods and amendments to some decisions of the Commission of the Customs Union and the Board of the Eurasian Economic Commission"—the ASTANA-1 information system (Keden) has fully implemented the new format for the Declaration for Goods (DG).

The changes provide for automation and simplification of customs procedures, as well as digitization of paper documents. In particular, all types of requests sent to the declarant, the Request/Decision form for amendments to the DG, the ADG form, etc. have been automated.

In light of these updates, testing of the "Declaration of Goods" module of the ASTANA-1 information system (Keden) for all customs procedures will commence on November 3, 2025.

The testing will be conducted in both online and offline formats, and anyone can participate.

The application procedure and the testing schedule are published on the test portal of the ASTANA-1 information system (Keden) - https://test-keden.kgd.gov.kz. The portal also contains information about the testing procedure; video tutorials; a user's guide; answers to frequently asked questions; contact information; and a functionality for submitting comments and suggestions regarding the "Declaration for Goods" module.

The project launch date for the "Declaration of Goods" module is scheduled for the second decade of January 2026. The module will be launched taking into account the suggestions and comments provided during the testing phase.

Dear participants of foreign economic activity, the State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan encourages you to take an active part in the module testing!
