The Abay Region branch of the State Corporation "Government for Citizens" announces that, starting November 1, 2025, Public Service Center No. 2 in Semey, located at 22 Bauyrzhan Momyshuly Street, will begin operating on a duty schedule.

Public Service Center No. 1, located at 21 Kvartal 408, is currently operating on a duty schedule. It will resume normal operations starting November 1.

Public Service Centers, operating on a standard schedule, are open Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Public Service Centers are open on weekdays from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM and on Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM.

As a reminder, appointments can be made in advance through the "Public Service Center" mobile app.
