In order to comply with the Order of the Prosecutor General of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 4, 2023 No. 4 "On Approval of the Rules for Registration, Accounting of Appeals Received by State Bodies, Local Governments, Legal Entities with Absolute State Participation, as well as the use of the Electronic Appeals information analytical system and the exclusion of the use of the e-Otinish platform for reporting, Mailboxes have been set up in state revenue departments to receive reports in accordance with the Order of the First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan - Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 10, 2020 No. 374 "On certain issues of accounting and reporting to the State Revenue Authority.

" Owners of temporary storage warehouses, customs warehouses, vacant warehouses, warehouses for storing their own goods, duty-free shops, customs carriers, customs representatives, authorized economic operators should send regular reports to the e-mail addresses of state revenue departments, taking into account the following recommendations. Recommendations on the preparation of reports sent to the state revenue authority by e-mail:

1. A cover letter indicating the registration number, date, full name and contact details of the contractor (work, mobile phone, e-mail address);
2. Specifying the subject of the message.Forexample,"AlatauLLP CBH Reportfor the 3rdquarter of 2025", the name of the reportfile is similar to the subject of the message.
