In order to comply with the Order of the Prosecutor General of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 4, 2023, №4 «On Approval of the rules for registration and accounting of applications received by state bodies, local self-government bodies, legal entities with 100% State participation, as well as the use of the Electronic Applications Information analytical system» and the exclusion of the use of the e-Otinish Platform for reporting, mailboxes have been set up in the state revenue departments for receiving reports in accordance with Order №374 of the First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan – Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 10, 2020, «On certain issues of accounting and reporting to the state revenue authority».

Owners of temporary storage warehouses, customs warehouses, free warehouses, warehouses for storing their own goods, duty-free shops, customs carriers, customs representatives, and authorized economic operators must submit their reports to the electronic addresses of the state revenue departments, taking into account the following recommendations.

    Recommendations for submitting reports to the state revenue department via email:

1. An accompanying letter with the registration number, date, full name and contact details of the executor (work, mobile phone, email address);
2. Indicate the subject of the message. For example, «Report of Alatau LLP for the 1st quarter of 2026», the name of the file with the report is the same as the subject of the message.
