Today, a meeting was held in the Ülken Naryn District to discuss the content of the Address of the Head of State, Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, titled “Kazakhstan in the Era of Artificial Intelligence: Current Challenges and Their Solutions Through Digital Transformation.”

The meeting was attended by Presidential Advisor M. N. Otarbayev, who provided a detailed overview of the priority areas and key tasks outlined in the Address.

Deputy Akim of the Region E. Zh. Nurgaliyev emphasized that the President’s Address is an important document that defines the strategic course of the country's development at the current stage of its history.

During the discussion, participants expressed concrete opinions and proposals regarding the strategic priorities of the new stage of national development, including issues of digitalization, economic diversification, human capital development, entrepreneurship support, and the improvement of education and healthcare systems.

In his speech, Akim of Ülken Naryn District E. Zh. Bayrakhmetov highlighted the priority areas addressed in the President’s Address and spoke about the specific measures and plans aimed at transitioning to a new stage of socio-economic development defined by the Head of State.

In addition, Chairman of the local branch of the “AMANAT” Party E. B. Aitkazin and Member of the Public Council of Ülken Naryn District K. S. Bopurov shared their views on the initiatives put forward in the Address.

In conclusion, M. N. Otarbayev called on the district leadership and residents to strengthen unity and solidarity in implementing the principles set forth by the Head of State — “Honest Citizen,” “Honest Labor,” “Law and Order,” and “Clean Kazakhstan.”
