On November 5, 2025, Temirbek Nazhikanov, Deputy Head of the Department of Justice, took part in a regional seminar on ethics in public service, organized by the Office of the Akim of Kostanay region and the Department of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Civil Service Affairs in Kostanay region. The event was dedicated to improving the competencies of ethics commissioners, developing an ethical culture and professional behavior of civil servants, as well as preventing discrimination and violations of the principles of equality in public service.
