At a briefing held at the Regional Communications Platform, District Akim Madi Ikhtilyapov reported on systematic efforts to address housing issues in the Naurzum District.

As of this year, 159 people are on the housing waiting list. Effective May 25, 2025, the process of registering those in need of housing will be carried out through the electronic system orken.otbasybank.kz. The lists of people in this system are currently being posted, updated, and refined, allowing for transparent and objective queue management.

The district akim noted that 356.9 million tenge have been allocated from the national and regional budgets this year to provide housing for socially vulnerable groups. These funds are planned for the purchase of 25 apartments with a total area of ​​1,258 square meters in the village of Karamendy. Kairgozha i K LLC is the project contractor. Work is currently underway to restore the former dormitory and convert it into residential housing. Renovated apartments will be provided to socially vulnerable citizens, improving their quality of life.

Furthermore, in the fourth quarter of 2025, a residential building with a total area of ​​1,300 square meters is planned to be commissioned in the village of Karamendy at 1 Pobeda Street, thanks to the renovation of a former dormitory. Once these works are completed, the district's annual residential development plan will be fully met, addressing the housing needs of a significant portion of the population.

The district administration continues to ensure the transparency and efficiency of the housing provision process through the electronic system and guarantee housing accessibility for socially vulnerable citizens.
