On November 11, 2025, as part of the implementation of the "Law and Order" ideology, A.E. Kikimova, a leading specialist in the Department of Legal Explanatory work and Legal services, gave a lecture at Chelyabinsk State University on "State-guaranteed legal assistance."
During the lecture, the students were told what state-guaranteed legal aid is, who is eligible for it, and what principles underlie it.
The event was held in the format of a live dialogue: students asked questions, shared their opinions and received recommendations from a specialist from the Department of Justice.
