In order to ensure the maximum number of waiting lists for housing, as well as the prompt implementation of the possibility of returning budget funds spent on the construction of a house, a mechanism for the sale of ready-made individual residential buildings built at the expense of the budget will be launched in the Kunai microdistrict of Kostanay.

In total, 1,792 land plots are provided for individual housing construction in the microdistrict, of which 1,668 are empty, and 124 were built as one-story and two-story apartment buildings. 

All houses are provided with utilities and necessary infrastructure. The land area is 8 acres. 

You can purchase housing both through cash payments and through second-tier banks using the housing lending mechanism.
