 Since November 3, the State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan has been testing the updated module "Declaration on Goods" of the information system "ASTANA-1" (IS "Keden").

      Testing takes place in online and offline formats. It is associated with a change in the structure and format of the declaration, as well as the introduction of new automation tools.

     What has already been done from November 3 to 11:

  • more than 300 customs representatives were trained and tested;
  • 224 goods declarations are registered in the system;
  • users sent 35 suggestions and comments, which KGD is already considering.

     What has changed in the system:

  • automated exchange of requests and answers between customs and declarant;
  • added functions for adjusting declarations, calculating penalties and collateral;
  • notifications and inspection reports are drawn up;
  • there are opportunities for complex procedures - temporary import, processing, work with free customs zones and warehouses.

     What has become more convenient for users:

  • registration now takes only a few minutes, just go to the site and get started;
  • built-in checks help to avoid errors when filling out the declaration;
  • you can download entire groups of products - this speeds up the registration process.

     The State Revenue Committee invites participants in foreign economic activity and customs representatives to continue testing the system and share their feedback on the test portal of the Astana-1 information system (Keden) https://test-keden.kgd.gov.kz.

     All offers will help make Astana-1 (IS "Keden") as convenient and reliable for use as possible.
