Today, under the participation of District Deputy Akim Dias Moldabayev, a meeting was held regarding the ongoing conscription campaign for compulsory military service. The event was attended by local police officers from all settlements and rural districts.

During the meeting, Head of the Defense Affairs Department Zhandos Bekmurzaev and Deputy Chief of the District Police Department Ospan Eshzhanov explained the legal requirements to citizens and provided detailed information on the procedures for military registration and conscription.

Additionally, the participants were informed about several provisions of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Republic of Kazakhstan, including:

— Article 493 — “Allowing registration of individuals who do not actually reside in owned residential premises”;

— Article 647 — “Failure of citizens to fulfill obligations regarding military registration”;

— Article 648 — “Evasion of medical examination or military gatherings.”

Compliance with the requirements related to the conscription campaign is the duty of every citizen. Violation of these legal provisions may result in administrative and, in some cases, criminal liability.
