On November 13, 2025, the Department of State Revenues for the East Kazakhstan Region held an Open Doors Day as part of the «Adal azamat» educational program, dedicated to the Day of the National Currency of the Republic of Kazakhstan – the Tenge.

The event was attended by students of grades 8 - 11 and teachers from Secondary School No. 39 named after Ybyray Altynsarin.

During the event, participants received brief informational sessions on the following topics:

• Basics of taxation for individuals;

• Universal declaration;

• Financial literacy;

• Personal bankruptcy;

• Customs administration.

The main goal of the event was to enhance the financial and legal awareness of young people, foster their interest in public service, and deepen their understanding of the role of state revenue authorities in ensuring the country’s economic stability.

At the end of the meeting, students took part in a guided tour of the Department’s museum, where they learned about the history and activities of the agency and its contribution to Kazakhstan’s development. Participants also watched video materials dedicated to the Day of the National Currency and financial literacy.

The event concluded with the students expressing their gratitude to the Department’s staff for organizing such an informative and engaging program, and their interest in taking part in similar initiatives in the future.
