As part of her visit to the Republic of Korea, Chairperson of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan Elvira Azimova delivered a lecture at the Constitutional Court for judges, constitutional law researchers of the Korean constitutional review body, and staff of its Secretariat.

During her presentation, Elvira Azimova provided a detailed overview of the features of constitutional review in the Republic of Kazakhstan. In particular, she spoke about the organization of the work of the re-established Constitutional Court, its mandate, the procedure for considering submissions from various entities, and the practice of constitutional proceedings. Several final decisions of the Constitutional Court were presented as examples.

The audience showed particular interest in the practice of the Constitutional Court of Kazakhstan of submitting an annual address to Parliament on the state of constitutional legality in the country, based on the summarization of constitutional adjudication practice.
