During the inspection, the conditions of detention of convicts, the work of medical services, the provision of sanitary and household standards and the organization of employment were examined.

           Special attention is paid to the issues of respect for human rights, ensuring the safety and transparency of the institutions' activities. The heads of the department of local executive bodies were given a number of instructions to improve living conditions, improve the level of medical care and social adaptation of persons serving sentences.
