Today, a reception dedicated to the professional holiday “Day of Financiers” was held in the conference hall of the district administration. The event was opened by Acting Akim of the district, Shyngys Sydykov, who congratulated the employees of the financial sector on their holiday.

In his speech, Shyngys Abdilamituly noted that this year marks 32 years since the introduction of the national currency — the Tenge — and emphasized the significant role the financial sector has played in the development of the country’s economy over these years.

He also highlighted the positive dynamics of the district’s socio-economic and budgetary indicators. In particular, the district budget for 2025 amounts to 21 billion 537 million tenge, which is 6 billion 918 million tenge more than the approved plan for 2024. These figures demonstrate the stable development of the district’s economy and form the basis for the implementation of major projects such as road construction, landscaping, and lighting.

During the event, labor veterans and the best employees of the financial sector were awarded Letters of Appreciation from the regional and district akims, and their contributions to the development of the sector were specially recognized.

Additionally, congratulatory speeches were delivered by the chairman of the district maslikhat, Adil Koshalakov, chairman of the district veterans’ council, Askar Merekov, and a veteran of the financial sector, Aitbay Bugybayev.

At the end of the event, financial specialists were wished strong health, family well-being, and confidence was expressed that they would continue to apply their experience for the benefit of the nation.
