On November 18, 2025, as part of the implementation of the "Law and Order" ideology, young employees of the Department of Justice visited the Russian State University
"Institution No. 40" of the Committee of the Penitentiary System of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The main purpose of the event is to form a stable rejection of corruption among civil servants, develop an anti–corruption culture and increase the level of personal responsibility in the performance of official duties.
During the tour, participants were given the opportunity to familiarize themselves with the activities of the institution, the procedure for the execution of sentences, the conditions of detention of convicts, as well as the organization of the regime and security. The young specialists were told what legal consequences occur in cases of corruption offenses and abuse of official authority.
The main message is that every civil servant should have a clear understanding of the consequences of corruption offenses, as well as awareness of the need for strict compliance with legislation and adherence to moral and ethical standards of public service.
