On November 19, 2025, as part of the implementation of the "Law and Order" ideology for students of the College of Sphere and Service, Dinara Khusainova, head of the Intellectual Property Rights Department of the Department of Justice, and Tamerlan Yerdenov, an operative of the Department for Combating Cybercrime of the Kostanay Region Police Department, gave
a legal lecture where they discussed what cybercrime and fraud are, the consequences of participation in criminal schemes, fundamentals of legal literacy, measures to prevent domestic violence.
The main thing is to know and understand your rights and responsibilities, to be able to say NO to illegal actions, and to be aware of your responsibility to the law and society. The law is not an abstraction, but a part of our daily lives. Being legally literate means being free and protected!
