On October 25, 2025, as part of the celebration of the Republic Day and the 35th anniversary of the Declaration of State Sovereignty, a clean-up was carried out in the “Rancho” recreation area. Active youth, public figures, and representatives of various organizations participated in this event. This campaign, organized by volunteer youth, was organized with the aim of forming an ecological culture, protecting nature, and increasing environmental responsibility among the population.
Activists of the youth organization “Kazakhstan Students Alliance” took part in the cleaning work. Young people donated their time and contributed to the cleaning of the recreation area. They traveled around the entire territory along a pre-planned route, collecting household waste and garbage. Each teenager completely cleaned the area assigned to him, separating the garbage into special bags.
During the clean-up, young people separated waste that was harmful to the environment and disposed of it in designated areas. This event was aimed at forming a culture of respect for the natural environment, proper organization of waste management, and keeping the environment clean. During the campaign, explanatory work was carried out to explain to each participant the importance of protecting the environment, maintaining environmental order, and treating nature responsibly.
The “Rancho” recreation area is one of the places where city residents and guests go to relax, get acquainted with nature and spend time in the fresh air. Therefore, its cleanliness and ecological condition directly affect the residents' recreation, their health and mood. The cleanup event organized by young volunteers was aimed at beautifying the recreation area, getting rid of garbage and improving the ecological condition of the territory.
The participants of the campaign worked using various methods. They collected garbage by sorting it into different categories: plastic, glass, paper, and household waste. The garbage, separated into bags, was then delivered to specially designated places. This approach not only helped to form environmental awareness, but also contributed to the recycling of waste and the ecological cleanliness of the city.
During the cleaning work, the young people worked harmoniously with each other and helped each other. This event not only increased their team spirit, but also strengthened their desire to protect nature. The activity and enthusiasm of the young people during the campaign served as an example for all participants. They did not limit themselves to collecting garbage, but also tried to show the importance of respecting nature and protecting the environment.
During the campaign, young people paid special attention to the correct separation of each piece of garbage and its delivery to designated places. The main goal of this event is not only to keep the recreation area clean, but also to raise the ecological culture of the city, form environmental awareness among young people, and increase responsibility for nature protection.

During the campaign, young people understood the importance of protecting nature, properly collecting garbage, and keeping the environment clean. They emphasized that everyone should take care of nature, and that the environmental situation can be improved by properly disposing of waste. This experience gave young people the opportunity to directly participate in nature protection and formed a sense of environmental responsibility.
The cleanliness and comfort of the “Rancho” recreation area affects the recreation of residents, their mood and health. Therefore, the cleaning work organized by young people is an important measure aimed at improving the ecological situation of the area. Thanks to the work of young volunteers, the recreation area has become more beautiful and has become a clean and comfortable place for residents and guests.
During the campaign, teenagers were given special clothing and equipment, garbage bags, gloves, and special tools. These tools facilitated the work process and ensured safety. The young people followed the organizers' instructions and carefully cleaned each site.
An important feature of the cleaning work is the collection of waste in special bags and their delivery to designated places. This approach allows for proper waste processing, maintaining the ecological situation of the city and protecting nature. In addition, this event also contributes to the improvement of the ecological culture of residents.
The clean-up campaign organized by young volunteers is one of the regular events aimed at fostering environmental responsibility in society. Through such events, young people form a culture of environmental protection, acquire environmental knowledge and apply it in their lives.
At the end of the campaign, the work of the young people was highly appreciated and the participants were thanked. This initiative of the young people became an example for regular environmental campaigns to be held in the future.
