By keeping the city clean, we ensure a bright future not only for ourselves, but also for future generations. For this purpose, ecological events are regularly organized in Shymkent.

On November 1, 2025, at the initiative of the Shymkent city branch of the AMANAT party, another large-scale environmental campaign called "Clean Thursday" was held in the Turan district. The main goal of this campaign is to form a culture of environmental responsibility among city residents, draw public attention to cleanliness and environmental issues, and mobilize citizens for a common cause.

The action was attended by the Deputy Executive Secretary of the AMANAT party, Yerbol Baikonysov, employees of the party's city and district branches, active volunteers of the youth wing of the "Zhastar Ruhy" organization, representatives of municipal institutions, as well as city residents. All of them showed an example of working together for the environment.

During the event, participants cleaned streets, yards, pedestrian paths and parks in the Turan district. Garbage was collected and taken to designated places using special equipment. In addition, dry bushes and leaves were cleaned in green areas, and explanatory work was organized on the formation of a culture of separate waste collection.

Active young people participating in the campaign conducted interviews with residents to promote environmental culture. They provided information about the importance of protecting nature, the benefits of sorting garbage, and the harm plastic waste causes to nature, and distributed special leaflets. In his speech, Yerbol Baikonysov noted that regular environmental measures contribute to improving the environmental situation:

To do this, every resident should start by maintaining cleanliness in their own yard or street ," he said.

At the same time, representatives of municipal institutions provided great support to this campaign. They not only removed the collected garbage using specially equipped vehicles, but also continuously cleaned the roadsides and maintained green areas. This is a clear demonstration of the partnership between state and public organizations.
