Turan College has launched a new initiative aimed at protecting the environment and ecology. Our main goal is to make our homeland clean, beautiful, and comfortable, to promote environmental culture, and to make every citizen feel responsible for their environment. We will continue our work in this direction through the “Clean Kazakhstan” eco-challenge.

Students and teachers of our college jointly organized environmental cleaning, tree planting, garbage collection, and maintenance of the city's greenery. These activities are aimed not only at improving the appearance, but also at forming an ecological culture among young people and increasing their love for nature protection. By holding cleanliness campaigns, we aimed to make students feel the importance of their actions.

We will start this challenge with ourselves, but we will continue it and send it to other colleges and educational institutions. Each educational institution should join in on its own initiative and contribute to making our city, district or village clean. The essence of the Ecochallenge is that each participant will show their work through a photo or video and call on other people to protect nature. This is a truly useful and interesting initiative that increases social responsibility and encourages young people to be active.

The basic principles of the TazaKazakhstan campaign are simple, but have a huge impact: everyone should take part in keeping their environment clean, throwing garbage in the designated places, not polluting nature, protecting trees and flowers, and keeping yards and parks in order. Through these actions, students understand the importance of keeping the environment clean, protecting nature, and leaving a clean and beautiful environment for future generations.

During the first eco-challenge at Turan College, students and teachers cleaned the campus, sports fields, internal areas, greenery and flower beds. Participants collected garbage, sorted it, and handed it over to special places. They also actively participated in planting young trees and caring for flower beds. The personal participation of each student in these events was important, because the contribution of each person directly affects the improvement of the environment.

Another goal of the Challenge is to unite different groups in society. Our students announced their initiative on social networks and invited colleagues, friends, neighbors and other colleges to join this action. This will allow to expand the environmental movement, increase youth activity and educate every citizen to be responsible for the environment.
