On November 21, 2025, Ambassador-at-Large – Head of the Representative Office of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Almaty Zhanibek Abdrashov participated and delivered a congratulatory speech at the solemn ceremony of awarding the Director of the Sorbonne–Kazakhstan Institute of Abai Kazakh National Pedagogical University Ainur Sabitova with the prestigious title of Chevalier of the Order of Academic Palms by the Prime Minister of the French Republic. Ambassador emphasized A. Sabitova’s contribution to strengthening cultural and scientific ties between Kazakhstan and France, and also wished her further success in the development of international cooperation.
