New information service: citizens will be able to learn in advance about the availability of government services

The Government for Citizens State Corporation has launched a new service that allows citizens to receive up-to-date information on the current status and maintenance of government agency information systems.
Citizens no longer need to contact public service center (PSC) staff to clarify the reasons for the temporary unavailability of individual services. All relevant information is available in the PSC mobile app, on the State Corporation's official website, and on electronic boards in public service departments.
The service automatically records and displays up-to-date information on the technical condition of information systems and government databases that affect the provision of government services. This allows citizens to receive timely, reliable information on the status of government services and plan their visits to PSCs or specialized PSCs.
"The integrated PSC information system is the primary gateway for receiving citizen requests and exchanging information with government agency databases. The new information service allows citizens to learn in advance about the temporary unavailability of services provided through these databases and plan their visits to the PSCs based on this information. "This is another step toward digital openness, transparency, and strengthening trust between the state and citizens," emphasized Arman Kenzhegaliyev, Chairman of the Board of the State Corporation "Government for Citizens."
The launch of the service marks another step in the development of open, reliable, and user-friendly digital solutions aimed at improving the quality and efficiency of government services for citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
As a reminder, the service is available in the "TsON" mobile app (App Store/Google Play) after authorization using your IIN and phone number.
