As part of the "Law and Order" ideology, an event titled "Road to a New Life" was held on November 26, 2025, at the Regional State Institution "Institution No. 38" of the Penitentiary System of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
As part of the educational and resocialization work with convicts at the Regional State Institution "Institution No. 38" of the Penitentiary System of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the event was organized to support moral and spiritual values, foster positive thinking, increase motivation for law-abiding behavior, and prepare convicts for their return to society after serving their sentences.
Notaries and bailiffs participated in the event.
